    I LOOOOOVEEEE what you had created – I come from Kosice – so I frequently visit your restaurant ‘Med Malina’ there as much as I can while I m visiting my town as I live in London – my fiancee is from Krakow so I have lots to do there as I see!! my next stop will be Miod Malina and I ll carry on to the others!!

  2. I never write these reviews because, if a restaurant is good, you return, again and again, and, if not, you do not. However, my experience at Marmolada was so disappointing that I felt I should write a review. Hopefully, the management will read it and address the situation. At least if they have any sense! The restaurant decor is great and the food was pretty good. The service however has a lot to be desired of. It was terrible! We were so disappointed because it was our last meal before our flight and it turned out to be such a sour experience. First off, we waited half an hour (if not more!) to have our order taken and the restaurant was three quarters empty! If we had not been as hungry as we were, and on a tight schedule, we would have most definitely left. Ironically, two other tables next to us did just that! They waited and, then, simply got up and walked out, murmuring that they would eat elsewhere. I wish we had done the same because it only got worse from then on. When our waitress, Karolina Chramiec, came to take our order she was a unfriendly and downright moody, abrupt in her manner and, ultimately, just plain rude. This continued throughout – our drinks took a disproportionately long time, our food was unceremoniously dumped in front of us and, then, as we left and said goodbye Karolina grunted a response. It was simply awful. We visit Krakow a lot, as our family lives there, so, I have eaten at a lot of restaurants in Krakow and never have I felt the need to write such a review. On this visit alone we ate out three times a day for a week and the service everywhere else was amazing and we tipped almost everywhere. Sort it out Marmolada! We certainly will not be coming back, even if the food was good, because I can get just as good food elsewhere for the same price with a smile.

      Firstly we are glad that You enjoyed the meal and liked décor. However we are really sorry that You did not feel good in our restaurant during your visit becuse of behavior one person from our staff. Your frank opinion will help us to improve our service, because our Clients are the most important for us. We care of high quality of dishes and nice decor as much as kidness of the staff. We promise that waitresses, are paying the price for their misbehavior in order to avoid similar situations in the future, just tell us please, when did it happen? We will do everything to make Clients feel comfortable in Marmolada Restaurant. We want each our Client to have nice memories from visit in our place.

      If You Madame, or some of Your friends will be some day in Cracow again, please tell us, we would be glad to give You a small gift, voucher for 50PLN to have a meal in one of our restaurants as a some kind of apology.
